Purchase Assurance

Most personal items purchased in full with your Capital One card are insured against theft, loss or damage for 120 days after the purchase date. Covered items will be replaced or repaired, or the purchase price will be reimbursed at the insurance company’s discretion.

Extended Warranty

When the full cost of an eligible item is charged to your Capital One credit card, Extended Warranty coverage automatically doubles the original manufacturer’s warranty for up to 2 years.

Car Rental Collision/Loss Damage Waiver Insurance

When you charge the full cost of an eligible rental vehicle to your Capital One credit card for a rental period of up to 31 consecutive days and decline the rental company's Collision Damage Waiver, you'll be insured if the vehicle is damaged or stolen.

Price Protection Service

If an item that you purchased on your Capital One credit card is discounted within 60 days of purchase, Price Protection Service can refund you the price difference up to $100 per item and $500 per calendar year.
