• How long will it take for my Priority Club points to show up in my Priority Club Rewards program account?

  If your credit card account is in good standing (not past due, over limit, fraudulent, restricted or part of a consumer credit counselling program or bankruptcy) we will add your accrued points to your Priority Club Rewards account balance each month. It may take up to 90 calendar days from the date that the qualifying transaction or any bonus points are listed on your Capital One credit card statement for the applicable points to be posted to your Priority Club Rewards account balance. If your credit card account is not in good standing points will continue to accumulate but they will not be added to your Priority Club Rewards account balance.

• I did not have my Priority Club Rewards number when I filled out the application and got assigned a new one. How will I consolidate these?

  Please call Priority Club Rewards at 1-888-211-9874 and they will consolidate your two accounts.

• Are Priority Club points interchangeable with Capital One reward miles?

  No, sorry. The Priority Club Rewards program and the Capital One Rewards program are two separate rewards programs.
