If you stay within your credit limit and make your payments on time in each of the first twelve billing periods, your interest rate for purchases and balance transfers that post to the purchase segment of your account will be decreased by 3%, starting on the first day of the 13^th billing period. If you stay within your credit limit and make your payments on time in each of the next twelve billing periods (13^th to 24^th), your interest rate for purchases and balance transfers that post to the purchase segment of your account will be decreased by 3%, starting on the first day of the 25^th billing period.
