The next generation is our legacy and at Capital One Canada we believe in giving our children a strong foundation to succeed in life. That's why we invest in organizations and institutions that support financial education and social development for youth in the communities where we operate.
We seek to make the biggest impact in the areas of Social Development and Financial Education because we believe in supporting kids in all aspects of their development, including nutrition and education, in a fun and safe environment.

Capital One Youth Entrepreneurship Fund
Capital One Canada, in partnership with Enterprising Non-Profits, launched an innovative new program designed to provide Canadian youth, and non-profits servicing youth, access to funds to build and sustain social enterprises. The Capital One Youth Entrepreneurship Fund is available in four major Canadian cities – Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver and Montreal. The fund will provide grants to support the development of revenue-generating enterprises, to enhance their programs or services or as a way to stabilize and diversify a charity's funding base. This program will be particularly focused on enabling youth and organizations servicing youth to conduct planning activities to develop or grow a social business venture. Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada – Keystone Program
The transition from youth to adulthood can be difficult, with many challenges to overcome. Without a positive support system, clear goals, confidence and self-esteem, young people can experience considerable setbacks on their way to success. The Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada and Capital One have teamed up through the Keystone program to provide at-risk youth with the guidance, structure and support they need to become leaders in their community. Keystone's youth work together to learn the importance of making sound decisions and committing themselves to achieving their goals. Who Wants to be a Philanthropist?
Our associates are actively involved in supporting charitable organizations. This community investment 'contest' offers the opportunity for our associates to champion a charity or cause they believe in. After presentations by each of the associates involved, the entire office votes on which charity will receive a grand prize.
